I know how wanky that sounds. But compared to other fitness accounts and coaches, where they’ll chuck you a training plan and some form of diet to follow. instead I set you up for life.

What makes me different?

I really get to know my clients not just on a fitness perspective but on a personal level.

I limit my intake to make sure everyone gets the best from me and my service.

I don’t believe in diet plans or fads, instead I’ll allow you to have the bar of chocolate, go out for that meal and life live.

I know how hard it is to stay consistent, train hard and ‘be on top of it all’

I won’t sugar coat things but I also won’t be your drill sarge

A bit about me

On the 6th day of the 6th month 1990 I entered the world getting stuck at the shoulders (sorry mum)… maybe I was always destined to have good delts.

fast-forward to school where the norm was skinny and size 0. But I wasn’t, I was stocky.

So I chased skinny, eventually getting there but still finding myself unhappy in my body.

I started training weights when I was 13 and took it more seriously at 19. I’ve been there with the extremes, the diet pills, no carbs, no sugar, no fun and hours of cardio just to punish myself from over indulging at the weekend (sound familiar).

My turning point was getting a coach. Someone to help guide and stop me from punishing myself.

Structure, guidance and accountability was what I needed. Taking away the thinking of how to get my goals and giving me a path on getting there.
