Although I hold my hybrid coaching at the Warehouse Gym in Hindley, Wigan. A number of my clients also train elsewhere, including in their homes and home gyms.
I can create a training plan bespoke for you wether that’s on the move, or more at home. -

My question to you would always be, what goal do you want to achieve and I’ll tell you that now is the perfect time to get going. -
Simple answer is no.
Sometimes all you need is your body, but if you have a set of dumbbells and basic equipment I can work with that too. -
Unless the goal is extreme then the actions don’t have to be.
For example if you have a photoshoot then things have to be more of a sacrifice.
If you’re looking for fat loss or physique transformations then that’s more of a compromise. Where you can still enjoy life and your favourite foods.
