In our consultation I’ll ask and listen to what you prefer to train, understand what it is you want to achieve and take that information on board to create a plan which you’ll enjoy working with. -
Every week we will catch up through my check in form. Here’s where the true success lies.
Good week, bad week or meh week. I’ll analyse, discuss and spot anything that needs highlighting for your health and fitness goals. It’s all about accountability. And that’s where you’ll see the real value in my coaching. -
I know a lot can change over the course of 30 days.
So as well as our weekly check in I also offer a monthly call to have a one to one chat about any challenges, thoughts or life events that may be impacting your success. -

Here I’ll educate you about nutrition, teaching you how to still enjoy your favourite food and still maximise your results.
Meal examples can be provided also to help give you structure and ideas when you first get going. -

So it’s safe to say, as well as support from me, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people, who will be there to help cheer, support, and talk you through every aspect of becoming a better you.
