Which is why I created Hybrid coaching.

With this package, you’ll get to see me x2 times a month in session, where I’ll guide, mentor and laugh our way through your training.

WHAT DO YOU GET WITH

Of all of my packages, this one gives you the most accountability.

We’ll build a dedicated plan that‘s completely tailored to you based on your current physique and lifestyle goals.

This also includes x2 training sessions per month to see how you’re progressing in the gym.

  • You will see me in person twice per month focusing on exercise execution to ensure all exercises are done correctly.

  • A bespoke training program designed around your schedule your preferences and your goals.

    Everything we do will be designed to make the changes to your body that you want.

  • Busy days are no excuse, we work around your schedule to ensure you stay on track and have all the tools and support you need.

  • With me, you’ll get a fully qualified, experienced coach and nutritionist.

    Since starting coaching in 2016, I’ve prided myself on continually developing my skillsets in order to show up better for my clients.

    So you know that I’m not slogging the same old same from way back when. You’ll get the most up to date and well informed version of health and fitness coaching I can offer.

  • The biggest struggle for most people is the food side of their health.

    Here I’ll educate you about nutrition, teaching you how to still enjoy your favourite food and still maximise your results.

    Meal examples can be provided also to help give you structure and ideas when you first get going.

  • Every week we will catch up through my check in form. Here’s where the true success lies.

    Good week, bad week or meh week. I’ll analyse, discuss and spot anything that needs highlighting for your health and fitness goals. It’s all about accountability. And that’s where you’ll see the real value in my coaching.

  • They say ‘your vibe attracts your tribe’ which is why I’m careful about who I take on in my team.

    So it’s safe to say, as well as support from me, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people, who will be there to help cheer, support, and talk you through every aspect of becoming a better you.

    There’s also doggo pictures thrown in for good measure.

  • Say goodbye to remembering everything in your head, or carrying around a fitness log.

    My state-of-the-art app will be your fitness hub. Here’s where you’ll find your training plan, nutrition goals (calories and macros), food diary as well as the ability to log your progress from day 1.

WHERE AM
I BASED?

I currently train my clients at the Warehouse Gym in Hindley. Here you’ll find a wide breadth of kit and equipment to support your gym goals. 

As part of your coaching with me you don’t need to pay for sessions in this gym, which means you’re free to workout where you feel comfortable outside of our one hour slots. 

However, a lot of my clients train here and find it useful to have the friendly faces of the group to speak to if they need additional help.
