You'll receive accountability through check-ins, nutrition support & guidance tailored to your goals, along with group support throughout.

You'll also be given the opportunity to remain on the program to progress further, with a loyalty discount added.

  • No two bodies are the same which is why with me you’ll never get a cut and paste training plan.

    In my getting to know you form I’ll ask what you prefer to train, understand what it is you want to achieve and take that information on board to create a plan which you’ll enjoy working with for the next 6 weeks.

  • The biggest struggle for most people is the food side of their health.

    Here I’ll educate you about nutrition, teaching you how to still enjoy your favourite food and still maximise your results.

    Meal examples can be provided also to help give you structure and ideas when you first get going.

  • Over the course of the 6 weeks we’ll have 3 check ins (one every fortnight).

    Good week, bad week or meh week. I’ll analyse, discuss and spot anything that needs highlighting for your health and fitness goals. It’s all about accountability. And that’s where you’ll see the real value in my coaching.

  • Changing small daily habits can make a big impact on your health and fitness.

    Things like how many steps you move in a day, how much water you drink and how many hours of sleep all play a major role in your body.

    My daily habit tracker gives you the accountability to hit those small goals every day to keep you focused over the six weeks.

  • They say ‘your vibe attracts your tribe’ which is why I’m careful about who I take on in my team.

    So it’s safe to say, as well as support from me, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people, who will be there to help cheer, support, and talk you through every aspect of becoming a better you.

    There’s also doggo pictures thrown in for good measure.

  • Say goodbye to remembering everything in your head, or carrying around a fitness log.

    My state-of-the-art app will be your fitness hub. Here’s where you’ll find your training plan, nutrition goals (calories and macros), food diary as well as the ability to log your progress from day 1.
